Fabric

Luxurious, pictorial patterns are created by the weaving of masterful binding technique, high thread density and excellent yarns.

We manufacture our fabrics in the traditional way on jacquard looms. Contemporary claim and traditional knowledge interwoven, creates exquisite fabrics. And this in various variants.

Web variants

Tissue is created from crossed threads. The threads that are longitudinally in the loom, we refer to as a chain. The weft thread is mechanically shot at right angles to the chain. The number and type of warp and weft threads in a square centimeter (1 cm2) determine the thickness, expressiveness and weight of the fabric.

During weaving, the jacquard technology lifts or lowers the warp threads in such a way that either warp or weft threads are on top. In combination of the thread colors, the threads above create a noble and plastic pattern. If the pattern is picture-like and varied in colour, it is called the tapestry or tapestry.

By changing the yarn materials, we can influence the character of the fabrics according to your wishes. We look forward to your inquiries.

Hand coloration

With great attention to detail, selected fabrics become unique and unique pieces through hand coloration.

Color variety

Colors arouse emotions, in conjunction with the design create colors moods. Depending on the type of pattern, colors create wonderful effects and great variations. We have a wide range of colours.

Color selection

The colors shown here are to be chosen as the standard for the design background. In the Augustus variants, the pattern can be woven in colour or hand-coloured. We are happy to offer individual colour and yarn variants.

Please note the variances of the color representation on screens. The fabrics can best be judged on the basis of colour samples. Please ask us about it. Please take into account deviations between individual production batches.
